A pan-European bank wanted to define and position a targeted XML reporting offer for their different client profiles. This had to be combined with the creation and execution of a marketing plan towards both internal and external clients: training of the Sales team, creation of customer guides, publications,…
The new XML reporting formats open up a lot of new possibilities, which brings both opportunities and challenges. The multitude of formats (PSR, Camt.054, Camt.052, Camt.053), each with their own options and local flavors make it hard for corporates to define which reporting best fits their needs.
Azzana helped to define the different client typologies, and provided a detailed analysis of their needs. This input made it possible to define which reporting services should be offered to each client segment.

Results & Added value
Our client was able to succesfully implement and market a dedicated reporting offer, targeting the different client needs. The resulting offering is now much easier and focuses on these specific products that add value for each client segment. The internal teams are now better able to identify client needs and can immediately define the best offer, based on a detailed decision tree.
